The article has been un-referenced for at least a few years. Before that there was a few dead links to primary sources. I couldn't find anything in a
WP:BEFORE either. Except for a couple of trivial name drops in a school directory. Which isn't usable for notability.

Delete This institution, despite dating back to 1941, is notable only at the local level if no evidence of wider notability can be found.

Delete: All there is published is a passing mention in a reputable book: Mexican Political Biographies, 1935-2009: Fourth Edition. No SIGCOV.

Delete - a quick Google search uncovers nothing except another similarly named Lux Art Institute.
