Minor businessman, minor awards, almost no coverage, none of its appear both in-depth and reliable. The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline and the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (biographies) requirement. All coverage seems to be in passing, possible exception is the MDR piece but even if it is independent (I can't read German) it is a sole piece and regional. Awards as noted seem very minor and do not suggest the subject has signficant influence/impact on any field.
