- Delete per WP:MILL and WP:GNG. Property developers - unless on the order of Fred Trump, Levittown, Barratt Developments, or Public housing in the United Kingdom - do not get their own articles. Bearian ( talk) 14:05, 4 March 2020 (UTC)
- Delete: The article references fall under the Trivial coverage specification at WP:CORPDEPTH. Searches find more recent coverage ( Evening Standard, October 2018), confirming this as a company going about its business, but I don't see that as sufficiently substantial to demonstrate notability.
