Litmus appears to have been mainly a tool for internal use at Mozilla; it was strictly speaking available for others to use but never seems to have become popular. It was abandoned some time ago, and doesn't appear to be of particular historical interest. There are no third-party references in the article, and a brief search didn't find anything that would be useful as a third-party reference.

Delete per nom. Approximately nobody outside of Mozilla appears to have ever used or mentioned this.

Delete per nom and 0xDeadbeef. No significance can be seen and sources are not reliable enough to verify content.
