Delete A negative list with no completely objective inclusion criteria should be removed immediately. No sourcing, just the names of some groups the article is calling terrorists. Awful.

Delete - No inclusion criteria stated. I suspect that no criteria could be written that would fulfill our expectations for a valid list on Wikipedia.
