Comment. This is written in Ruby (has a book mention because of that), and appears popular in Japan based on the news archive hits (click links at the top here). None of those immediately strike me as
WP:RS though.

Delete. Appears to be personal software project without independent coverage currently.

Comment unfortunately, both of those sources are simply copies of the description provided by the software author. Press releases, essentially, and no editorial changes were made by PCWorld or Cnet.
