- Strong Keep, he is very much notable businessman with a lot of media presence on the level of Jack Ma, Pony Ma and others. He has his own Britannica article. Kolma8 ( talk) 13:07, 13 December 2020 (UTC)
- Keep: An article on a businessperson with a history of building multiple notable companies and interests ("Li, an English-speaking media mogul dubbed the Rupert Murdoch of the East" The Guardian, 2015) as well as of political appointment to a Shanghai position described as "roughly on par with the director of the Chief Executive’s Office in Hong Kong" ( Hong Kong Economic Journal, 2017). I think the available references, as well as the rather basic Britannica entry, are sufficient for WP:BASIC and WP:ANYBIO criterion 3. AllyD ( talk) 15:05, 14 December 2020 (UTC)
