Fails WP:NBIO. Did some WP:BEFORE digging and came up with no sources, across Google, Wikipedia Library, and Yahoo, only found copies of Wikipedia, unreliable sources, and obituaries. Tails Wx 22:35, 1 March 2023 (UTC) reply

  • Delete. As always, diplomats are not "inherently" notable just because they exist, and have to be shown to be the subject of WP:GNG-worthy coverage about their work in sources other than their own staff profiles on the self-published websites of their own employer.
