- Delete the article might be confusing to Americans, where congress is a legislature. In India it is a political party, that was routed in the elections a few years ago. The subject here ran for office but lost, which almost always means the person is non-notable. John Pack Lambert ( talk) 02:32, 22 February 2017 (UTC)
