He was the CEO of Panasonic, a component of the Nikkei 225; was profiled in Bloomberg Businessweek; and this article in a business encyclopedia is expansive and cites a number of sources in the reputable business press if you don't think it's an RS on its own. I would also assume that there is a lot more in Japanese, so someone could make the effort and look for it.
