This article is essentially a WP:POVFORK of Serbia's reaction to the 2008 Kosovo declaration of independence. As Kosovo is internationally recognised by the international community as being a part of Serbia, the reaction article is the best place for this article. It is akin to having Georgia-South Ossetia relations. Additionally, as the Republic of Kosovo is not recognised by Serbia, which still regards it as an integral part of Serbia, albeit under UN administration, relations between Serbia and its province are done via the UN level, not with the government of the Republic of Kosovo. The article has been redirected to the above article on a few occasions by a few editors, but this has been undone, so it is now time to discuss this issue here at AfD. • Comment. Your Kosovo is internationally recognised by the international community as being a part of Serbia is rather misleading. According to International recognition of Kosovo, 62 out of 192 United Nations members—including 22 out of 27 states in the European Union, 24 out of 28 NATO members and 3 out of 5 permanent members of the UN Security Council—have formally recognized the Republic of Kosovo as an independent state. — Rankiri ( talk) 15:51, 14 August 2009 (UTC) reply

They actually do not have relations. Serbia does not recognise the Republic of Kosovo, but rather deals with its province via UNMIK. So in fact, this would have to be renamed Serbia-UNMIK relations. -- Russavia ^Dialogue 19:23, 14 August 2009 (UTC) reply

• Strong keep. I smell a personal agenda here, but the article is more than suitable for inclusion. They are neighbours with a deep historical link, which can be now be written about since Kosovo's nationhood has been recently recognised by most major countries. Nobody else seems to share the nominator's views.
