At first glance, it looked like there was coverage, but most of the sources are mere mentions of the person or confirmation that he belongs to a group etc. In the end, it's a puff piece without significant coverage of the subject by reliable third-party sources. Would not oppose a redirect to his company article per

1) No, there hasn't been an AfD discussion. 2) The notability of his company isn't the subject of discussion. This is about the notability of the individual. Being the CEO of a notable company doesn't give you a free pass to notability.

Delete or redirect. No evidence of significant coverage in independent sources. Most of the sources aren't independent at all. I do not believe that the Who's Who entries are evidence of notability, as I believe these particular publications include all senior executives of all companies over a certain size. The Marquis Who's Who, in particular, allows subjects to submit their own biographies and boasts of having over 1.5M biographies.
