Likely fails both WP:GNG and WP:NMG as he has not been directly reported of from reliable sources (see WP:KO/RS). Individual has not released any solo music unlike fellow bandmates; Suga (musician) and Rap Monster who have had recognition for their releases, a single collaborative OST release does not necessarily make up for that. - Keep Billboard is a reliable source and that article is about him Jin. See here: [1] as well in the Guardian article Jin is the one member in the band that is singled out in the article. See here: [2] With those two reliable sources, both international, along with all the other sources in the article the subject passes WP:GNG and shows notability. - I Agree that both of these refs are very much reliable and well sourced, but what I am wondering is; what it makes him notable for; as an individual? no, not necessarily. as a member of BTS? definitely. In these articles Jin is not being recognised as a sole individual he is being acknowledged as a member of BTS. Abdotorg ( talk) 19:40, 27 July 2017 (UTC)

- Also I would like to add that I'm not sure how reliable Suga is either. He released a mixtape but that's it, I don't think it makes him reliable enough for an own article. Also as far as I know rankings on charts like Melon (and iTunes) aren't relevant for Wikipedia. I know he also produced a song with decent download sales but still I'm conflicted about his page.-- Thebestwinter ( talk) 23:33, 27 July 2017 (UTC)
- I had thought the same thing, although, another editor pointed me towards a Billboard article which indeed recognised Suga as an invdividual artist (see Talk:Suga (musician)) so I just left it at that. Abdotorg ( talk) 12:05, 28 July 2017 (UTC)
