- Weak keep. Subject appears (just about) to meet WP:MUSICBIO criteria 2 ("has had a single or album on any country's national music chart"). While there are only a few sources, relative to WP:NBASIC, there are some which (just about) meet criteria 1 ("multiple independent sources may be combined to demonstrate notability"). I would note that, apart from the sources linking the subject to The Wolfe Tones, most of the sources relate to the subject's representation of Ireland in the Eurovision Song Contest 1989. Which is already covered in a separate article. So, if there is consensus that the subject's notability is inherently tied to that event ( WP:BIO1E), then a redirect to the related title would seem an appropriate WP:ATD. Personally, based on the sources identified and added in my own WP:BEFORE and notwithstanding the (surmountable/addressed) COI/PROMO issues, I cannot support outright deletion. - Comment. @ Elemimele, are you happy that your contribution above has been associated with the correct AfD discussion? (I ask as the title under discussion isn't a "navigational list". Or otherwise a replacement/supplement to the category system. And so the "keep" rationale/reasons that you mention don't seem to fully align with the title covered by this specific discussion....)
