- Thank you for posting this discussion, wouldn't this individual meet the general notability requirements given the fact that the NYC public arts commission's government based website (where he is mentioned multiple times) is independent and reliable in its nature? Also do you think this page or the information about Moore himself could be merged to another article if the page were to be deleted?
