- Keep Clearly notable: has entry in Oxford Dictionary of National Biography and his instruments are held in several major collections (not just in Florence!). I've upgraded the article. Pam D 21:04, 27 February 2017 (UTC)
- Keep per PamD. In addition to the (inaccessible to me) Oxford Dictionary, various museums and institutions provide information about him, which I've used to expand the article. Clarityfiend ( talk)
