Keep She passes GNG, easy. I rewrote the article to remove the promotional content. She appears regularly in the Daily Nation, Kenya's national newspaper.

I am changing my stance to a keep after reading the rewritten article. The references are much better than those in the original article (in fact none) and the subject in question has received much coverage from various news sources.
