  • Delete. People do not get Wikipedia articles just for being candidates in elections they did not win; the notability test at WP:NPOL is holding office, not just running for it. But this is referenced mainly to primary sources that are not support for notability at all, and the few genuinely reliable sources do not add up to enough coverage to make him markedly more notable than most other unsuccessful candidates.
