The result was delete. The only person arguing to keep is a

Non-notable resume/advertisement like article lacking substantial, in-depth, non-trivial support. "References" include a lot of single line mentions and such.

Keep An International athlete representing the US in worldwide competitions, definitely passes
WP:ATH and
WP:GNG. The references given are high quality passing
WP:RS. Having minor issues should not equate to deletion.
