Not notable. Tagged for possible lack of notability since April 2012. There appear to be no online sources other than the institute's website and this Wikipedia article. Akld guy ( talk) 08:32, 2 March 2019 (UTC)
- Delete. The article is linked at three other articles: Think tank, where it is linked in a simple list (no ref), New Zealand Emissions Trading Scheme with a 2008 context and linkrotted ref, and at Climate Change Response (Emissions Trading) Amendment Act 2008 with a valid 2008 ref. Seems to have not been in the news for at least 10 years, despite maintaining a current website. Akld guy ( talk) 08:41, 2 March 2019 (UTC)

- Delete. I agree that they are probably not notable, but there are lots of mentions on line. I will not be surprised if someone finds something solid, but I can't. ( Dushan Jugum ( talk) 09:27, 2 March 2019 (UTC)).
