Does not appear to meet WP:GNG or WP:NORG. The only reference is to the organization's own website. Searching turns up very little. MB 19:21, 29 October 2019 (UTC) reply

  • Weak keep. Good Housekeeping seems to take their customer service ratings seriously. And ICS CEO Jo Coulson gets quoted, a lot. And there's no shortage of Google Books hits for marketing and marketing analysis books that name-drop the ICS. It's all relatively weak tea, without a lot of substance about the organization itself. But I think there's enough to at least cobble a stubby article together. They do seem to be recognized as a major benchmarking organization for customer service data.
