Does not appear to meet
WP:GNG or
WP:NORG. The only reference is to the organization's own website. Searching turns up very little.

Weak keep. Good Housekeeping seems to
take their customer service ratings seriously. And ICS CEO Jo Coulson gets quoted, a lot. And there's no shortage of Google Books hits for marketing and marketing analysis books that name-drop the ICS. It's all relatively weak tea, without a lot of substance about the organization itself. But I think there's enough to at least cobble a stubby article together. They do seem to be recognized as a major benchmarking organization for customer service data.
