Does not seem to meet WP:NRIVALRY or WP:GNG; there do not seem to be many reliable sources discussing the rivalry between these two nations in any depth. These countries are both High Performance Unions but I don't believe that this article should be exempt from meeting GNG. Also appears to be a violation of WP:NOTSTATS.
