No evidence this is a notable populated place. Absent from 1958 topo, first appears on 1960 topo without signs of habitation, being on the river near an aluminum plant [1]. Zero newspapers.com results. Reywas92 Talk 20:17, 12 March 2020 (UTC) reply

Delete - Fails WP:GEOLAND. I could find no coverage of this location. I searched newspaperarchive.com, GBooks and other places. I suspect that it is a rail crossing that was built around 1956 when the Ravenswood Works aluminum plant was built. Searching for 'Ravenswood "Hills Crossing"' was not fruitful.
