Has been in CAT:NN since 2015. After checking GNIS and the topos, yes, this is literally just somebody's ranch. Mention here. Brief mention here that somebody worked there. And not finding much else. Not quite the historic qualifications to meet WP:GEOFEAT so far as I can tell, and WP:GNG is certainly not met. Hog Farm Bacon 21:18, 11 November 2020 (UTC)
