Pure advertisement for a dermatologist with no encyclopedic notability The likely situation here is that this was written by an undeclared paid editor, because nobody else would write an article where the lead paragraph lists the procedures they do, just like advertisements for dermatologist in the subway. . As for notability, he wrote one book, now in only 120 libraries which is trivial for popular medicine. Only one published paper, cited only twice. The third party references are the usual PR.
