Per
WP:NORG. I consider the attention received attention solely from local media, or media of limited interest and circulation, is not an indication of notability. Only trivial local sources in article and on web.

Keep I've added sources from a book collection of Wall Street Journal articles and a major-press Hugh Warwick book, which I hope helps with the notability issue.

Keep - I have also added more information and a reference from "The Independent" to enhance notability, and the Wall Street Journal source gives it international recognition.

My bad on this one. Sourcing is clearly fine - nomination is Withdrawn. Thanks to all for your help addressing these concerns so well.
