I can find no evidence for the mass-created "is an unincorporated community".
Indiana Geographic Names has it as a
locale, and it was apparently as the name suggests
a school. It had a public library, denoted as being in Lebanon

Note to closer: From lack of discussion, this nomination appears to have
no quorum. It seems no previous PRODs, previous AfD discussions, previous undeletions, or a current redirect, so this nomination appears to be eligible for
soft deletion at the end of its 8-day listing. --

Delete. My research suggests that "Hazel College" is actually the nickname given to a specific high school in the larger township.

Delete. Hazel College is supposed to be located in Lebanon Township, Boone County, Indiana. Neither the township nor county official government websites return any results in a search for "Hazel College". Seems to be nothing more than a USGS topographic area.
