Non notable writer and translator. I did google search but didn't find anything notable. No significant coverage in multiple published secondary sources that are reliable, intellectually independent of each other, and independent of the subject. There are some refs in the article but they all are saying the same thing & are very similar. At the end they also contain word like PR. they are probably paid news. Mccapra, I think you're right: an article called Harun Ar Rashid was created on 14th January 2021 by the same user and speedy deleted after few hours (see
[1]).

- OK in that case there may have been multiple recreations by different (??) editors using similar names, because the one I remember was definitely last year, maybe October or November. I can't see deleted articles so can't be sure, but it was striking that the young (and apparently very persistent) Bangladeshi author had the same name as the medieval caliph. - Delete - translators can be notable if there are independent sources writing about them, this isn't the case with Harun Ar Rashid, though Spiderone (Talk to Spider) 14:12, 29 January 2021 (UTC)
