The issue for this "unincorporated community" is that it is a historic lodge complex, as the article almost admits. The Hannigan Meadow Lodge was built in 1926, and it and its outbuildings account for every structure on the site except some public restrooms provided by the Forest Service. Possibly the lodge itself is notable enough to merit an article, in which case the solution would be to move the article and strip out all the populated place nonsense, or it might be merged into the article on the surrounding federal lands.
