It appears this article was created March 2019 from only college scandal news, rather than encyclopedic notability about him. Further research does not come up with particularly notable - appears he is only known for the college scandal. Seems like this is undue weight about a crime in this article, and his involvement is sufficiently covered in the main 2019 college admissions bribery scandal page.
