A part of 1980s Macintosh system software. No apparent notability (
WP:N), and underreferenced, so possibly
WP:OR. Searches find coverage in technical publications, but nothing that would merit article-level coverage of an obscure system function that does not appear to have been particularly important or influential. It would be undue detail if merged to
