Delete While you can be notable for not being something (
Anna Anderson?
Perkin Warbeck?) it's certainly not automatic, and being mentioned in a couple of football history lists isn't really comparable to pretending to be royalty. He fails
WP:NFOOTY and
WP:GNG, and merits at most a note on Arsenal's article.

Delete If Elcoat had actually gone around passing himself off as a sports manager and gained something from it, there might be a way he was notable, but accidentlly being put in a list the way he was is not such a thing.
