Article does not have reliable sources, largely relies on first-person sources.
WP:N is also questionable, especially since the article has been orphaned for ten years.

Selective merge to
National Association of Free Will Baptists: I think this article is unique on Wikipedia for having an exhaustive list of missionaries. We do have a number of articles on denominational mission agencies separate to the denomination's article (e.g.
Presbyterian Church in America /
Mission to the World), but this particular one does not seem to have any good sources. The selective merge can have the name of the director, but not a list of missionaries.

Comment: the organization was actually renamed "North American Ministries" in 2015.

Merge to
National Association of Free Will Baptists, but without prejudice to demerge when sourcing (and text) is supplied. The organization has existed since the early 19th century and I think sources are available, but difficult to tease out because of different names. Historically important, e.g. during Reconstruction and in the founding of Hillsdale College.

Merge as others have said. An organisation with 89 missions in 26 states is certainly notable, so that deletion would be the wrong solution.
