If you mean
Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity, there are enough sources there to justify that article... barely. But the content here, even if totally rewritten and sourced, could easily fit within a section of that article. There definitely aren’t enough
WP:RS in that article to warrant two standalone articles.

I disagree that there are "barely" enough sources to justify
Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity. There are a number of independently published books about the congregation as I noted there. Regardless, that article has been kept and is a good merge target for this one.

Delete Article would have to be wholly re-written to meet standards.

Convert to template, this could be a template at the bottom of each page. The template could include some discussion.--

Delete - I was going to propose a merge into
Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity, but upon review, there are literally no
WP:RS here and all of the content is promotional in tone and/or improperly formatted for Wikipedia (a list of affiliated health care facilities with embedded external hyperlinks is not consistent with the
WP:MOS), so there’s nothing appropriate to merge. An above commented added sources to the parent page, but not this one. Delete, and if someone wants to create Wikipedia appropriate versions of this content, they can do so within a section on the parent page until a
WP:SPLIT discussion warrants a separate page just for this activity. I suspect it’ll be awhile before enough content accrues to justify that.

Comment -- If true (and I haver no reason to believe it is not) this is a particular medical ministry of the order. I have no idea whether this work covering several US States is large enough to be notable or not. Large hospitals are often notable, but smaller clinics are usually not.
