The article is very short and unreferenced. It has remained substantively unchanged since its creation in 2005. I propose that this article does not meet the criteria under WP:N. I have performed a search for references but have only found vague acknowledgements of its existence. One source suggests the party ceased to exist circa 2006. Redirect to Gangmumei Kamei. The founder had won elections [1] so we have at least one victorious candidate who also happens to be the party chief. If there are no other winning candidates then it would be better to redirect this to the founder. If there are several other winning candidates then this can be kept, but right now I dont know for sure. - I haven't found any sources confirming any members of the party other than Kamei. I am happy to support redirecting to the
Gangmumei Kamei page.

- Keep Meets WP:NORG - 2 seats in 1995 Legislative Assembly election, 4.91% of the vote; 6 seats in 2000 LA election, 9.44% of the vote; 13 seats in 2002 LA election, 18.14% of the vote; merged into the Manipur People's Party before the 2007 LA election.
