Keep as clearly notable. This article, by a newbie, who should be encouraged, just needs a bit of shepherding and formatting by a more experienced editor. It should never have been put up for deletion (three minutes after it was created!) --

Keep. At least some of the sources represent significant independent coverage. The inventions it makes strike me as having potential long-term historical interest. -
