No earthly reason why a run-of-the-mill school teacher warrants a Wikipedia article (otherwise I want one!). Only attempt to establish notability is that she failed by a long way to be elected to a school board, hardly high political office. Article was created in 2014, the year she ran for election, and the suspicion must be that this was part of her campaign publicity.
