The result was speedy keep. Of note is that the nominator has essentially withdrawn their nomination per their "weak keep" !vote within the discussion.

I don't believe that this person is notable enough for a listing, he largely seems to have served as a CEO of a company that isn't all that well-known. Also, I believe that the person who created the article has a close relation with the subject as they have only created edits on NQ Mobile Inc and related topics.

Question - Are we talking about the same Lin Yu? It's a remarkably common name from China; yet another Lin Yu is an old friend of mine.

Hi Bearian,
If you know a Dr. Lin who runs a multi-million dollar mobile services company in China then chances are it's your old friend and you should give him a ring. :)

Keep. Reasonable media coverage and reasonable assertions of notability. -M.Altenmann

Keep. Yes, there's a COI problem, but he's CEO of a NYSE-listed company and had a nice writeup in Time Magazine. The article needs to be toned down, though, and we need to lose the "PhD" on the end of the article title.

No objection to keep, since it has been moved.

Weak Keep - I proposed the deletion of this and have reservations about the edits surrounding NQ Mobile and its activities, but I think consensus was achieved on this already.
