Keep – this is a suburban area of
Dubai with plenty of independent references in national/regional newspapers/magazines, findable with minimal searching, meeting
WP:GNG, and now added. —

Delete - The coverage that's been added is fairly trivial and routine; I'm not seeing anything in-depth enough to write a decent article. –

Keep – Notable neighbourhood of Dubai. Could do with some better references.

Comment Judging by the sources, it is not a genuine neighborhood ,but a property development constructed by a single firm,It is one of the biggest and most popular master communities of property developer Nakheel, (ref 5),; that's the reason I Iisted it here. DGG (

Note that it is a genuine area in Dubai, on maps (e.g., see
Google maps) and with its own
Metro station. It is the nature of Dubai that whole neighbourhoods are developed by large companies there. —

Comment – note that the area features in a novel and other books (added as references). —

Comment – note that I have now added historical context to the article, with references. I think the
WP:ATD,
WP:NEXIST,
WP:PRESERVE, and
WP:NOTCLEANUP policies apply in the case of this artlcle. —

Keep Article has been significantly expanded since the deletion nomination and doesn't come across as an advertisement. Referencing appears to be sufficient.
