The subject shows no sign of notability or any claims to notability. Many of the sources used are self referenced and/or offline. None of the sources seem to demonstrate notability. He is the president of Bangladesh Heritage and Ethnic Society of Alberta, which has added a few spammy content in wikipedia most of which has been removed.
