"The site of the first Catholic mass in [a small town]" is a very weak claim to notability. Neither the event nor Slattery have anything beyond local significance. • Delete. While I appreciate the Dedhamite respect for its own history, and somebody's dogged thoroughness, this is too trivial for its own article. -- Lockley ( talk) 21:53, 7 July 2020 (UTC) reply
• Keep. While primarily of local interest, it is not exclusively so. WP:5P1 says that "Wikipedia combines many features of general and specialized encyclopedias, almanacs, and gazetteers." This is something that would fall under a specialized gazetteer certainly, as well as a specialized encyclopedia.
