Little encyclopedic content, poorly sourced (no references), unlinked, and no established proof of notability. A cooking recipe simply does not belong in Wikipedia.

I did consider redirecting the page, but I thought that because I was a relatively novice editor I'd consult other, more experienced reviewers per the AfD process. Thanks for the advice, though.

Redirect per Davey2010. There is little reason to have an article that exactly duplicates a paragraph in another article. In that article I think it's OK, as a type of dish rather than a recipe. –
