WP:MILL institute, no evidence of satisfying WP:NSCHOOL, WP:NORG, WP:GNG. Doing WP:BEFORE, it appears on all standard catalogue ( Handbook of Universities 2006, Directory of Libraries in India 1989 etc.), but no in-depth coverage.
