Delete. "First Lady of a US Territory" is not an inherent notability freebie — that attaches to spouses of national leaders, not spouses of state, provincial or territorial leaders — but the sourcing here is a mixture of
primary sources that aren't support for notability at all, news reportage which glancingly mentions her without being about her in any non-trivial sense, and just a couple of hits about her in contexts (like winning an award from a local Rotary Club) that aren't notability makers.

Delete The article does not fulfill notability requirements. Family does not inherit notability by default, according to the guidelines listed.
