Fails WP:GNG as he is virtually exclusively known for being linked to Messina Denaro during the one event when his assets were seized. Vaselineeeeeeee ★★★ 03:03, 15 August 2020 (UTC) reply

  • Keep but rewrite. That 1.5 bn euro asset seizure didn't come ex nihilo. Carmelo Patti was a rags-to-riches billionaire and reputed mafia boss, who died one of the richest men in Italy. [1] [2] Authorities couldn't prove his wealth was ill-gotten during his lifetime. [3] He was already under investigation when he died in 2016. • Gene93k ( talk) 12:41, 15 August 2020 (UTC) reply
