It seems to be more appropriate for a personal blog. It is a guide, rather than an encyclopaedic entry – there is no balance ion the information provided, and no sources. Also, it goes completely against the MoS, and has no proper background provided. Saying things like, 'The creator ... is unknown' makes me think that this is inappropriate for WP.
