The situation is somewhat similar to WP:CSD#A9: there is no claim of importance for this book of poetry and we can't redirect to the article on the author since that article ( Javaid Anwar) was deleted once as A7, once at AfD ( Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Javaid Anwar) once as G4, and ultimately salted.
