Comment- Arthur Chang is very clearly notable, founder of Kingman Group, Spyder Paintball, Kingman Training, Raven USA and Java Gear. Produced three movies (two have wiki pages) under his own banner Kingman Films International. • Delete - seem to be a non-notable businessman/producer. The subject has not accrued the necessary level of coverage in reliable, in-depth, independent sources required to meet WP:GNG and WP:ANYBIO; noting that passing mentions in relation to companies or awards Arthur Chang was involved with do not confer undue notability on Chang per WP:NOTINHERITED.-- SamHolt6 ( talk) 01:19, 19 February 2019 (UTC) reply
