Keep: The rigidly juried Prague & Venice Bienale are significant per
WP:Artist, and this could potentialy become a decent article.

Keep. There seem to be a decent number of gnews hits:
[1] though I can't tell what they say, they do appear to have coverage of the guy. Yes, the article needs a lot of work, but there aren't BLP problems at the moment.
