Being an author of the article I cannot agree with such an unambiguous view. Andriy Bilyi holds a CEO position at the company Electric Marathon International. Consequently, he is the one who is directly involved in organizing an international Electric Marathon. The marathon is significantly covered in media. Perhaps, the article could fit "People notable for only one event" criteria if not basic criteria. As well, Andriy Bilyi is a promoter and creator of Ukrainian electric vehicles. There is also a lot of information about those vehicles. Generally, I tried to restructure the article and added new information as well as new secondary sources too. As for the claim "Commercial director in brewery. Ref's don't mention him." – it was mentioned about him and his brother as brewery owners in the following article "Ukrainian Beer Group's enterprises put on sale" [1]. Unfortunately, I have no found other information about Andriy's earlier life stages in English. Thus it can be only supported by the primary source (his website). Probably it would be better to delete that information but not the whole article? NewPolyarchy ( talk) 12:48, 6 December 2019 (UTC) reply

Editor is a SPA promoting both the CEO and the company. The ceo isn't the marathon nor the company, notability is not inherited. scope_creep Talk 22:59, 6 December 2019 (UTC) reply
